Meet Dr. Chaim Adler

Dr. Chaim Adler began his academic journey at Touro College, where he earned his undergraduate degree and graduated with Dean’s List Honors. He then attended the NYU College of Dentistry, graduating at the top of his class and receiving Honors in Orthodontics.

Following dental school, Dr. Adler was accepted into NYU’s highly competitive postgraduate residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. During his specialty training, he studied under internationally respected orthodontists and gained extensive experience in traditional braces, clear aligner therapy, dentofacial orthopedics, and the latest technological advances in orthodontic treatment.

After completing his orthodontic residency, Dr. Adler joined Dr. Eisenberger in practice, where they shared a vision of providing outstanding orthodontic care in a warm, patient-focused environment. In 2020, they established Eisenberger & Adler Orthodontics in Monsey, New York, and later expanded with the opening of their Monroe, New York location in 2022. Together, they have built a practice centered on clinical excellence, personalized attention, and creating exceptional orthodontic experiences for every patient.

Dr. Adler has conducted extensive orthodontic research on accelerated tooth movement and the factors that influence orthodontic treatment duration. He incorporates this research and evidence-based knowledge into his daily practice to provide efficient, high-quality care while achieving outstanding results.

Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Adler continually advances his knowledge and expertise to remain at the forefront of modern orthodontics. He has completed hundreds of hours of advanced continuing education and is dedicated to advancing his clinical expertise, refining treatment techniques, and incorporating the latest evidence-based innovations to deliver exceptional orthodontic care.

His practice incorporates the latest advancements in orthodontic technology, including Invisalign® First for Phase I treatment in children, Invisalign® Palatal Expander technology, airway-focused orthodontic treatment philosophies, and advanced skeletal anchorage techniques such as TAD-supported expanders. These innovations allow Dr. Adler to provide advanced treatment options for children, teens, and adults, while often reducing the need for extractions and creating more efficient and comfortable treatment experiences.

Through his dedication to innovation and clinical excellence, Dr. Adler has achieved Sapphire Invisalign® Provider status, one of Invisalign’s highest distinctions, after previously being recognized as a Top 1% Invisalign® Provider. These accomplishments reflect his expertise in clear aligner therapy and his commitment to utilizing advanced digital orthodontics and customized treatment planning to achieve exceptional outcomes.

As a co-founder of Eisenberger & Adler Orthodontics, Dr. Adler is dedicated to providing exceptional orthodontic care by combining advanced technology, evidence-based treatment approaches, and a highly personalized philosophy. He believes every patient deserves individualized attention and a treatment plan tailored to their unique needs and goals. A true native of Monsey, New York, Dr. Adler is proud to serve the community he calls home. Outside the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Malka, and their children: Elya, Shalom, Gavriel, Yonatan, Mordy, Miriam, Yitzchok, and Rivkah. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, playing sports with his children, and enjoying the outdoors.
